By using yourbestiesguide.com or buying from Your Besties Guide, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to buy or take part. The Room membership also has its own terms on the Q+A page.
Not medical advice
Everything I share (guides, workbooks, emails, videos, groups and Q+A sessions) is my personal experience and education. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Always talk to your doctor before making decisions about your health, treatment or any supplement or peptide.
Digital products
- Workbooks and guides are delivered by email as downloadable files.
- They're for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or republish them.
- If a download link stops working, reply to your delivery email and I'll resend it.
- Refunds: see the refund section below.
Refunds
Workbooks: the disclosure guarantee. If you work through your workbook and haven't disclosed within 90 days of your purchase, email me and I'll give you a full refund.
Disclosure Rehearsals: the 7-day refund. If they're not for you, email me within 7 days of your purchase and I'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Support groups and sessions
- Be kind and respectful. What's shared in the group stays in the group.
- I may remove anyone who is abusive or disrupts the group.
- You can join anonymously; please don't share anyone else's identity or information.
